Someone will need to decide about the eyedropper stuff.
You can DTRT based on that decision.

Since there are currently no dependencies between the hexrgb stuff and the CIE
stuff, we might want to have two separate sections in the file, separated by,
e.g., `C-q C-l' and a comment.
