Duplicated tramp ChangeLog entries

There are a bunch of tramp-related entries in trunk lisp/ChangeLog that
appear twice. I guess the same changes were applied separately to
emacs-23 branch and to trunk. Can you tidy this up please?

I found several examples in 2010-08, more remain. Eg:
