ChangeLog entries for other people's changes

Hi,

The meaning of some recent Gnus Changelog entries:

  From Dave Abrahams <address@hidden>.
  Thanks to Christian von Roques <address@hidden>.

is unclear. If these people are the authors of the changes, then please
just make the ChangeLog entries in their names.
(Some older entries, eg 2006-07-24, 2004-05-20, 2004-05-18, 2004-04-22
seem to have similar issues.)

Also, if these people are the authors of these changes, then neither
seems to have a copyright assignment. Either the changes need to be
maked as "tiny changes", or assignments are needed. (Sounds like in
one case that is a known issue, http://debbugs.gnu.org/9691 .)
