Thanks.  I've installed a slightly different patch instead.

The style wasn't very Lispish, and more importantly it was simpler to do
it by changing the process filter rather than gud-marker-filter.

I haven't installed this part, not sure that it matters.

> * gdb >= 7 should be considered recent
