It is indeed unfortunate that not more enterprises and programmers use
the GPL, but chose instead mere Open Source licenses.
This seems to be an instance of a common misunderstanding.
Many people think that "open source" (why capitalize it?) means
"not the GPL.
In fact, all free software licenses we know about are open source
licenses. And all the commonly used open source licenses are free
software licenses.
