Should be fixed now for the Gtk, Motif and Lucid builds.  I also changed
the semantics of (cdr (nth 2 start-position)) on the horizontal scroll
bar, so (nth 2 start-position) now returns portion-whole as for the
vertical case.  We should eventually update the doc-strings of
scroll-bar.el, `scroll-bar-toolkit-scroll' doesn't even have one yet.

Note also that your fix in r117417 on the emacs-24 branch doesn't seem
to fix the underlying problem for builds on GNU/Linux.  I have to come
up with a recipe yet, though.
