I don't understand what that means.  You can obtain the size of an SVG
image by using image-size.  Text that is part of an image is not
accessible to Emacs, AFAIK, so what exactly did you have in mind?

Why font is relevant to the size of the text?  Does
window-text-pixel-size do what you want?
