Thanks to Eli's comment I see that I was confused as to where the "specialized" 
chapters actually were in the documentation.

Now, forward to the structure of the current manual... Let's say we keep the 
separation between "normal" and "specialized" as far as the printed copies are 
concerned, we can still rearrange the way the manual is structured right now to 
put related features together and get rid of that silly "advanced features"
