The context here is not of computing, the context is of naming files.

The reason is immaterial, as long as it is really known only to the
person who invented the name.

They all are appropriate just the same.

Naming a file something that has "cloud" in it doesn't mean supporting
that line of thinking in any way.

We don't follow the crowd in this regard, sheepishly or otherwise.  We
just use "cloud" in a file name.
