How to change email on ELPA packages?

Hello,

I've changed my email from <address@hidden> to <address@hidden> and 
would love it if all Emacs/ELPA stuff could go here, but I keep getting 
diffs from address@hidden sent to the old email.

I've made the change in the package header for fountain-mode.el...

 ;; Author: Paul W. Rankin <address@hidden>
 ;; Maintainer: Paul W. Rankin <address@hidden>

...but no luck.

What's the next step I must take?

p.s. I've not yet changed the header for olivetti.el but the maintainer 
email for that should also be <address@hidden>.
