      instead of calling select-window (bug#35385).

Please don't use such "trickery" in commit log messages.  I understand
the urge to avoid coming up with a header line, but this cure is worse
than the disease: it causes the produced ChangeLog files to look ugly,
even buggy, because of the extra empty line in the middle of a
sentence.
