Well, maybe not.  Searching there a bit I came
across these, which suggest that SE user polls
are not welcome, in general:

You had said that Stack Overflow (or Stack
Exchange) does polling, and that's certainly true.

But that's the site itself.  It looks like there
may be no good way for someone outside to post a
poll there.
