That's not how you get scores that are relevant for the user, because how close the hit is to what the user typed is mostly irrelevant.
It's rarely 100% irrelevant. Or else that would mean we have some nonsensical names.
But apparently you have some other algorithm in mind. Though I don't know what it is.
