I agree that his would be pretty sweet, though I'd be happy just to
have a script to grep the copyright file.  It is my understanding
that as an Emacs committer I have access to a Savannah machine.
Where are the instructions for doing so and accessing the copyright
file?  I think I once had a mail with them, but misplaced it.
