The height can be adjusted using `which-key-side-window-max-height' or
`which-key-frame-max-height', depending on which `which-key-popup-type'
you use.

Pagination is done by hitting C-h C-n and C-h C-p, or C-h n and C-h p
when the which-key popup is active.
