If I may suggest Orgzly application for mobile phones:
https://f-droid.org/en/packages/com.orgzly/
It creates Org files and is excellent for note taking and creating Org
files on the go, later may be used by Emacs on desktop, even though
Emacs works on mobile phones as well.
