"Install noto-core" is simple advice to give to users, and will fix
their problems, so I don't see why not.

Sure.  Like I said, it depends how much work we want to put into this.
We don't need to have a perfect list of all scripts/systems, just
some...  guidance...  for the systems we decide to care about.

Not my experience on Debian systems, really.
