Contents of etc/schema/schemas.xml are removed by mistake?

Hello,

While using nxml-mode I found current contents of
etc/schema/schemas.xml are very poor. So I executed
`git log -- etc/schema/schemas.xml` on master branch and checked how
each commit changed contents of this file. Then large change was made
with following commit.

    Update Org to 9.3

With this commit all comments and XML declaration are removed, and all
child elements of "locatingRules" element are replaced with new 4
child elements. Obviously this sweeping change does not match with
commit message.

Then does this mean that most of contents of this file are removed by
mistake? If so would someone please recover them?
