Sadly, I canot istall the requiremet depedency, I cannot find libclang
in the list of my packages.

error: failed to run custom build command for `emacs_module v0.10.0`

Caused by:

  note: run with `RUST_BACKTRACE=1` environment variable to display a backtrace
