Now there is a new branch 'feature/context-menu'.
It provides a new mode 'context-menu-mode'
that binds the Context menu to [down-mouse-3].

For testing, it adds the Context menu to the major mode
Info-mode, so clicking anywhere in the Info buffer
pops up the navigation menu, and clicking on links
adds a menu item to open a link.

Also is adds the Context menu to one minor mode
goto-address-mode where clicking on an address
pops up a menu with an item to open that address.
