I don't think it says exactly that, though the difference is much less pronounced there that in my previous analysis. Though some previous survey result did say that, see my response here:

That's based on a survey made by Stackoverflow, so we can assume that old farts writing COBOL nine to five at $BIGBANK are not skewing the results.
To try to reconcile this with the main analysis I used (http://sideeffect.kr/popularconvention/#javascript, based on Github code), I can either hypothesize that there is a silent crowd that uses spaces but doesn't participate in surveys, or that people working on closed-source projects use tabs more than the others (?).
