I've now implemented this on the branch:
display: composed to form "👩🏼🤝👨🏿" (see below)
composition name: woman and man holding hands: medium-light skin tone,
dark skin tone
It only loads the emoji data if 1) we're looking at an emoji glyph and
2) it's a composition.
