It seems like "git clean -xf" doesn't clean ignored files, despite the
manual saying that it does?  At least there's a whole bunch of files
left over in the Emacs directory after running it.

So I'm re-running these benchmarks from a fresh checkout each time.  New
charts incoming in 24 hours.
