   The only non-Git repositories I know of are either Hg or Bzr.
   I wouldn't be surprised if there's some package stored in Svn
   somewhere, tho.

vc-fossil is maintained in Fossil, not git.

There are still projects, not just GNU, that use CVS activley and are
quite happy with it.  This "git or bust" attitude really must stop.
