other-window (which I've bound to <f12>) is entirely satisfactory to me,
a user who doesn't like the mouse.

I don't use windmove, no, but I can see its usefulness for some people.

I use <f1>, <f2>, .... to switch to frames F1, F2, ... etc.  I think
that's a tremendously useful facility, more so than windmove, but I'm
not about to be suggesting these bindings should go into the default key
maps.
