I used this instead, from a Windows Command Prompt window running
cmd.exe:

   ..\tool\testrun.bat w3i3gc cool testrun

(you'd need to replace w3i3gc with w3i6gc, of course).  This is
specific to Windows, so it doesn't run forktest and other non-relevant
tests.
