vc-jj.el - VC support for the Jujutsu version control system

Greetings,

Wojciech (in Cc) and me have been working on vc support for the jujutsu (jj, https://jj-vcs.github.io/) version control system.  The code is hosted at https://codeberg.org/emacs-jj-vc/vc-jj.el.  It’s not feature-complete yet, but I’d like to start the process of getting it into gnu elpa.  I believe my copyright assignment is on file, and Wojciech would be interested in signing it as well.

Any comments or advice gratefully received :)
