And in this case, Collin was kind enough to provide the analysis for the
MSYS people [1]. Namely, all the MSYS people need to do here is to upgrade
their GCC to version 13.4, 14.3, or 15.1. [2]

The statement above remains valid, though, for any future problems in said
MSYS2 port (host = x86_64-pc-cygwin) of Emacs or Gnulib, that aren't problems
in the Cygwin port.
