        * net/tramp-gvfs.el (top): Add a default for "synce" in
        `tramp-default-user-alist'.
        (tramp-hal-service, tramp-hal-path-manager)
        (tramp-hal-interface-manager, tramp-hal-interface-device): New
        defconst.
        (tramp-synce-list-devices, tramp-synce-parse-device-names): New
        defuns.
