Externalize some symbols in undo-auto
* doc/lispref/text.texi: Update symbols.
* lisp/simple.el (undo-auto--amalgamate,
undo-auto--current-boundary-timer): Make symbols public.
* src/cmds.c (Fself_insert_command,Fdelete_char): Call
updated symbol.
