    Complete the name of PostgreSQL databases
    
    * lisp/progmodes/sql.el (sql-postgres-login-params): Complete database
    name.
    (sql-postgres-list-databases): New function returning a list of
    available PostgreSQL databases.
    
    * test/lisp/progmodes/sql-tests.el: New file with tests for sql.el.
