    Mark browse-url-conkeror as obsolete
    * lisp/net/browse-url.el:
    (browse-url-conkeror-program, browse-url-conkeror-arguments)
    (browse-url-default-browser, browse-url-conkeror): Mark the
    conkeror browser as obsolete.
    * etc/NEWS: Mention this.
