    Fix eldoc-documentation-eager
    
    If no documentation is supplied by a higher-ranking hook function,
    that's no reason to replace a lower-ranking one doc.
    
    * lisp/emacs-lisp/eldoc.el (eldoc--handle-docs): Simpler trucation
    in one-line case.
