Some make files update and clean-up
* Makefile.in (clean): Remove 'eln-cache' folder.
* lisp/Makefile.in (.SUFFIXES): Remove .eln.
(native-compile-clean): Target remove.
(compile-always, bootstrap-clean): Remove 'native-compile-clean'
prerequisite.
* src/Makefile.in (%.eln): Remove rule.
