Add new variable term-set-terminal-size (not setting LINES/COLUMNS)
* lisp/term.el (term-set-terminal-size): New variable (bug#37564).
(term-exec-1): Use it. Based on a patch from Matthew Leach
<matthew@mattleach.net>.
