    Remove some references to "in Emacs 21 or later"
    
    * doc/misc/efaq.texi (Colors on a TTY, Disabling backups)
    (Errors with init files, Backspace invokes help)
    (Backspace invokes help): Remove some references to "in Emacs 21 or
    later".  Now everyone can be assumed to use at least that version.
