    * src/window.c (keys_of_window): Move initialization of ctl-x-map to
    subr.el.
    
    * src/lisp.h (syms_of_buffer):
    * src/buffer.c (keys_of_buffer): Delete function.
    * src/emacs.c (main): Don't call it.
