    * nlinum/nlinum.el: Don't assume nlinum-use-right-margin is fixed
    
    (nlinum--using-right-margin): New var.
    (nlinum-mode): Copy nlinum-use-right-margin to nlinum--using-right-margin.
    (nlinum--setup-window): Use the new var.
