    Fix fullscreen states
    
    * exwm-layout.el (exwm-layout-set-fullscreen,
    exwm-layout-unset-fullscreen): Use `exwm--id' for interactive use.
    (exwm-layout-unset-fullscreen): Mandatorily clear fullscreen states.
