This branch includes the following new commits:

       new  5d35382   Added the beginnings of an emacs pspp-mode for editing 
pspp files.
       new  dd4bf58   Changed all the licence notices in all the files. COPYING 
and doc/fdl.texi are unchanged, pending updates from FSF.
       new  7eed0f2   Updated pspp-mode.el. Removed manpage(n) style references 
at RMS's request. Added a string to request_bug_report_and_abort which reports 
the compiler version.
       new  27fe820   Fixed a build error that make distcheck didn't catch 
(automake bug).
       new  9b8b43b   Continue reforming procedure execution.  In this phase, 
remove PROCESS IF, which was deprecated anyway and can be easily simulated with 
TEMPORARY followed by SELECT IF.
       new  0b5c5f1   Removed my authorship lines.
       new  d47efc5   Change license from GPLv2+ to GPLv3+.
       new  70e2b20   changed emacs mode description to comply with elpa
       new  4820404   Delete trailing whitespace at line endings.
       new  79a877c   pspp-mode.el: update elpa autoload comment
       new  66b3b97   pspp-mode.el: Make indentation closer to what lisp people 
like.
       new  91b72ce   pspp-mode.el: Make all keywords case insensitive
