A made up name, play on the conventional E prefix for error codes.
ENOPATCH == error no patch; i.e. Stefan forgot to attach the patch.

Oh well.  I like just `@' instead of writing out the entire domain
name, and as somewhat of a dual to IRC's `#' for channel names.

As Stefan mentioned, in ERC that would be `erc-user-mode'.
These can be network-specific, and you should look up the docs for
your network of choice.  For instance, for Libera.Chat, see:
