Playing with customize I came up with this possibility:
(setq org-agenda-custom-commands
'(
("k" . "Kundenbezogene / Ketegoriebezogene TODOs ...")
("ka" tags-todo "CATEGORY=\"ADMIN\"")
("kP" tags-todo "CATEGORY=\"PRIVAT\""
((org-agenda-files
'("~/org/PRIVAT/PRIVAT.org"))))))
Will that do it?
