Hi Renato,

one of my block agendas has
        (tags-todo "@work&TODO=\"TODO\"&SCHEDULED=\"\"&DEADLINE=\"\")

i.e. lists todos which are tagged @work and aren't scheduled or deadlined.

I guess for interactive you have to unquote the "s.
