[O] org-mode : add note/flag a capture

Is it correct that you cant add a note or change a status to a newly
captured item before its been synced into emacs and repulled/synced? I
cant see how from the iPhone UI.

(I guess I could manually type the note property format in the
capture but that would be painful)
