Given a test.org with:

* [#B] Test
** TODO one


When I do the agenda to find TODO headlines with priority B I would expect it to find the "TODO one", however it doesn't. I'm very sure this regressed when upgrading to 8.3.1, as it worked fine in 8.3.0. Thanks!
