[O] org-mime-htmlize ignores org-mime-export-options

Please look at the following

* Lisp :noexport:
   (setq org-mime-export-options '(:section-numbers nil
                                   :with-author nil
                                   :with-toc nil))

* Test 

Bblabla

When I run org-mime-htmlize then *no* toc is generated, contrary to the
setting.

Anybody has tried that out?
