It's weird, it should work :-( ... I assume you have dvisvgm installed
in your TeX Live installation, is that right? (You can excute something
like 'dvisvgm --help' in your terminal)

What is your SO?

Anyway, you can try the imagemagick option:

  (add-to-list 'org-preview-latex-process-alist luamagick)
