begin_src Indentation in org 9.4.4, 9.4.5

If i launch emacs with emacs -Q /tmp/blah.org

M-x org-insert-structure-template<RET>s<RET>sh<RET>echo hi<RET>echo hi<RET>

It looks like this:

Is this supposed to be the default behavior or am i doing something wrong?
