Something appears to be off:
767 8% - org-diary-sexp-entry
407 4% + eval
I added caching of `org-diary-sexp-entry' results in
https://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/emacs/org-mode.git/commit/?id=4075662c298da7fa7e2ba19e0b8b36c58852cc0f
This caching should make `org-diary-sexp-entry' much faster when you
rebuild the agenda. But it is not the case in the profiler - `eval'
branch of the code should be executed when no cached result is found.
Could you please confirm that you are using the latest development
version of Org?
