Well, I haven't had time to try and repro, but I did a straight-pull to get a newer version of Org and now the issue isn't happening anymore. I'm not sure if there's any cause/effect there, but for any future folks looking at this thread it might be worth a try.

Hard to say, because I was not able to reproduce.
